What is an Ebook?
An ebook is short for Electronic book – basically a book delivered in an electronic format on a computer. It is an electronic document which you can read on your computer. We use a sophisticated ebook software package which gives you a look and feel of a real book.

How do I read an Ebook?
Our ebook works on any PC that has Windows. If you have a Mac you will need Adobe software. You can get free software from Adobe.com to read a PDF file. There are also many other software packages that let you read PDF files with a variety of options. Adobe reader software is usually free.

How do I buy the eBook?
The ebook is priced in Euros and is easy to buy. You simply select the ebook on our website and “click on buy” and follow the steps provided. We use PayPal to process our payments. You are transferred to Paypal's secure server to make your payment. We do not need your credit card details on our site. Paypal is a secure payment service that guarantees the security and confidentiality of your transaction. Once the payment has been authorized by the bank we will send you a link to download the ebook to your computer, but remember you must download the ebook to the computer which you are going to read it from. Alternatively we also accept cheques, bank drafts and postal orders and once we have received your payment we will send you the ebook link. See Payment Form under Other Payment Options on the eBook purchase page. 

Is my Credit Card secure to use on your website?
Yes absolutely, we use PayPal, a secure server, certified by VeriSign, which means that all the transations will take place on their server and are guaranteed with the maximum security. Can I copy my e-book to another computer?
No – the use of the ebook is limited to one computer, to which you can download the ebook.

How do I Receive and Read my Ebook?
Once you have paid for the ebook through PayPal we will send you a download link and a password. You will follow the link and click on save and you will immediately be able to open your ebook once you have entered your unique password.

What if I delete my ebook or forget my password?
No problem, we can issue you with another download link and password.

Can I send a copy of the ebook to a Friend?
The ebook is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to send copies of the ebook to other people.

Do I need to be an Internet expert to read the Ebook?
No, anyone who can use a PC will be able to read our Ebook.

Can I read the Ebook on a PC?
Anyone with a PC will be able to read the Ebook.

Can I read your ebook using a MAC?
Anyone with a MAC will be able to read the ebook. With MAC users you will be able to read using a PDF file. You can read the PDF eBook on your computer screen.

Can I print my eBook?
Yes you can print the entire eBook.

How large is the eBook?
The size of the ebook is 1.5mb approx with about 62 pages.

Do I have to pay delivery charges on the eBook?
No, there are no delivery charges as you will download the ebooks to your computer.

Do I have to be connected to the Internet to read the eBook?
No. Once you have downloaded your eBook you can read it offline without being connected to the Internet, however you will have to be connected to access any internet links in the eBook.

What is the benefit of an eBook.
Ebooks are fast, convenient and can be downloaded in seconds. There are no delays or shipping costs and you have immediate availability. With electronic text you can easily search between pages and the web links are live if you are connected to the internet.

Can I purchase an eBook as a gift?
Yes you can pay for the eBook with your credit card, cheque, postal order or bank draft and include the email address of your friend and we can send the link directly to them with a gift message.

What is the return policy of the eBook?

How long will I take to download an eBook?
The download time depends on whether you use broadband or dial up with broadbank it takes approximately 15 seconds and with a dial up connection approximately 2-3 minutes.
